Awesome location! Cross the street and you're at the beach! That was the aim of our trip.

They say that they offer baggage storage even after checkout. Our luggage stayed in the lobby where they were prone to stealing....

The location was extremely good and room was very clean so all round nice hotel. Would stay again.

Bed was a little too hard for me but can't complain as some people like a hard bed.

Did not had any breakfast there. The location is super great and this was my second time to stay there and will be staying there in the future again

The staff attitude, particularly the old woman at the reception. First time last year 2022 I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife, she was so mean from checking to checkout, asking exorbitant cash for early check-in even though the room was available. This year on my stay alone I again had a huge argument at check-out with her because she wanted to charge me for missing room key even though I made her understand that The key should just be somewhere in the room, some guests were also there and the entire scene was embarrassing. I again reminded her that last year she had a stinking attitude and this year the same thing

Great location but everything else is fair/poor

Best thing about the place is the location. Close to Beach Road.

Poor water pressure. Kettle doesn't boil fully and continues to click "On/Off" unless you unplug it. Sporadic wifi, especially in the evening. Will connect but "No Internet". Only 1 set of keys to the main door and room. The key tag is required to keep the power on in the room.

The room was cleaned everday by clean staff, who were very good, helpful the receptionist were also very good at there job.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was look after nothing was to much trouble.

The people at the reception is very rude. Not a good welcome. Never get any smile from them. Very poor service. Especially if you travel with the baby i wouldn't live here. Is it no lift!

Lovely hotel in good proximity to everything

On the beach front. Very clean. Nice private pool

(No fault of the hotels) but this is surrounded by prostitutes and drug dealers at night. I wouldn’t be comfortable with a family

The property needs to be maintained properly. All the swimming pool loungers were broken.

Comfortable and Happy

The Staff are really Nice and the location was excellent.

The room had unfinished building work to be done around the lights and beside the bed and the fridge was not clean and the top shelf where the mini bar was not clean had white stuff all over it still the balcony was not clean.

2 x free bottles of water was nice . Good view of pool and sea. Good sunset pictures . Location was good for what we needed.

Lady on reception when arrived didn't crack a smile. Not great first impression. Hotel grounds not well kempt . No lift 4 floors not big deal for us but with limited mobility could be an issue. Bed so uncomfortable . Very noisy. When pulled back sheets to get into bed was strands of thick black hair on the sheets ????. Cobwebs in bathroom.. wifi connection poor. I'd stay this is pushing 2*s

Good location, value for money hotel close were I needed to be.

location good, opposite the beach. Seemed good value as had pool also close to where I wanted to be.

Maybe a little dated, but to me it was good value for a hotel with a pool close to where I wanted to be. Reception is in a massage parlour so was a little confused when checking in.

spoilt by uncomfortable beds.

This ought to be the best hotel in Pattaya. The location is ideal. The pool area has character. The prices are very reasonable.

The beds were impossibly uncomfortable and hard, almost as hard as sleeping on the floor. There is basically no mattress or give in the bed. We have happily used the hotel many times before but in rooms in the old unit; the one on beach road. The beds there were fine. But the beds in the second building mean we won't be staying there again. We couldn't sleep properly at all.
